We value our providers’ time and carefully allot appropriate time frames so every client receives a thorough, unhurried treatment. When an appointment is cancelled outside the 24-hour window, we are unable to fill that time with another client.
If the payment method on file is unable to process your cancellation fee, a session will be deducted from your account balance until the fee is paid in full.
