What should I know about pre- and post-treatment?

Pre Treatment-

• Hydrate for better plasma retrieval 
• No Motrin, NSAIDS, Aspirin, Aleve, IBUprofen for SEVEN days pre and post treatment.

Post Treatment Face-

• Face will be dry post treatment.  Hydration and moisturizer post.  
• Moisturizer post cannot have any active ingredients for at least 72 hours post (no retinol, glycolic etc.)
• Gentle cleanser for 72 hours post
• Avoid retinol for 5-7 days post 
• Avoid air travel 1 week post 

Post Treatment Hair-

• Tightness or headache (minor) may occur.  Tylenol post is ok, no NSAIDS for one week post.  
• Redness to injection sites may be normal 
• Swelling is possible- will subside in 1-2 days
• No washing hair for 2-3 days post
• Color must be done 1 week prior or 2 weeks post 
• No working out 48 hours post, no steam rooms, saunas, heat producing activities
• Caution in sun
• No hair products 72 hours post
• No hats 72 hours post
