I had such a wonderful experience at Skin Tight in Acton! My nurse injector Esther did an absolutely beautiful job with my facial filler and lips. Everything looks so natural and balanced—I truly couldn’t be happier with the results.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The entire process was seamless, from booking the appointment to the treatment itself. They made everything feel easy, comfortable, and professional.
My injector took her time, listened to what I wanted, and delivered results that honestly exceeded my expectations. She has such an artistic eye and it really shows in her work.
Overall, the whole experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Skin Tight to anyone looking for quality aesthetic treatments. I will definitely be back!

Amazing service! Customer service was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Esther answered all my questions and was very gentle. I had my very first hydrafacial with Yami today and it was so relaxing. Yami was gentle yet effective and my skin is glowing. I knew my skin would look good post treatment but not THIS good. She showed me post treatment all of the gunk and congestion she was able to remove from my skin and I was amazed at how thorough this treatment is. Highly recommend for a winter pick me up.

I've been to a few other injectors for my filler and botox, but Esther blows them out of the water. I came to her with uneven lips from a previous med spa and anxiousness about what could be done. She put me at ease with her calmness and reassurance. She's incredibly talented, informational and transparent. I really can't say enough good things about her. I felt she truly took the time to listen to me, perform the service the right way, and not in a rush. I love my lips again. Thank you, Esther!

I came to Skin Tight MedSpa in Acton to see Barbara Fasolino for Micro Needling. Barbara is a true professional who really knows how to explain everything and put you right at ease. The procedure was pain free and it worked so well that I went back for more and will continue to be a client for years to come!

Every time I go for my laser hair removal appointments, I am always satisfied with the results. The ladies are welcoming and greet me with a warm smile every visit. I’ve been going to Shawna for a while now and she is truly amazing! Such a professional and talented master with the gentlest hands — the whole experience is so relaxing and comfortable, you barely feel any pain at all. I LOVE my results and I can always expect a fun experience when I go see her. All the people are wonderful that work in Newton. I’ve been getting laser hair removal from Skintight for awhile now. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The space is super peaceful and I always look forward to my appointments. I’ve primarily worked with Lindsay on my treatments recently and she’s been amazing.

I saw Angela for botox. She is so professional, friendly, & knowledgable. She offered numbing for injection sites which I declined, & still could barely feel the injections. Shes great at what she does & will see her again

Estraya has been nothing short of amazing! I typically am okay with seeing anyone but with experience how she handles clients and just knowing her stuff I make sure every time we book my next appointment she’s available because she just knows me well and knows what how to handle my service.
